Personal study
You may use public Cert Happens pages for personal study and evaluation. You may save or print pages for your own notes, create bookmarks, and use ordinary browser or accessibility features.
Linking and brief quotations
You may link to public pages and quote brief portions with clear attribution and a link to the original CertHappens.com page. Sharing a link is preferred when a complete guide, reference, or practice resource would otherwise be copied.
Republishing and mirroring
Without written permission, you may not copy, mirror, scrape for republication, or host substantial portions of the website or repository. This includes the question banks, guide collections, layouts, source code, structured data, and coordinated presentation of the site.
You may not present copied Cert Happens material under another domain or brand, place it behind advertising or subscriptions, or operate it as another study service. Ordinary search-engine indexing and normal browser caching are not the kind of automated collection addressed by this restriction.
Public source repository
The source repository is public for transparency, review, and collaboration. Public visibility does not grant a general license to reproduce, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, or operate a copy of the project. The repository contains a separate copyright notice with additional detail.
Third-party material
Cert Happens does not claim ownership of certification names, trademarks, official exam objectives, standards, factual concepts, or third-party software. Those materials remain subject to their respective owners and licenses. Cert Happens claims rights only in original material and protectable selection, organization, software, design, and presentation.
Brand identity
The Cert Happens name, logo, and visual identity may not be used in a way that suggests another website, product, or service is affiliated with or endorsed by Cert Happens.
